丙泊酚与依托咪酯联合诱导在老年患者ERCP治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)因其手术时间短、创伤小已成为胆道和胰腺疾病重要的诊断和治疗方法。老年胆胰疾病患者常伴有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等,对开腹手术耐受差,大部分选择ERCP治疗。但因ERCP对咽喉部、胃肠道的机械刺激常引起患者恶心、呕吐、疼痛不适及心血管功能异常,甚至危及患者生命安全[1],故需要寻求一种较为安全可靠的麻醉方法,以提高老年患者对ERCP检查治疗的耐受性。
