咀嚼口香糖促进肝切除术后胃肠功能恢复的研究被引量：6

摘要观察咀嚼口香糖对肝切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果。选取开腹肝切除术后患者129例,在患者知情同意后,随机分为咀嚼口香糖组和对照组,排除9例术后出现并发症的患者,余患者分为咀嚼口香糖组60例和对照组60例。两组患者术后镇痛时间、恶心和呕吐发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。咀嚼口香糖组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间均早于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后咀嚼口香糖能够促进肝切除术后胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间,可作为术后辅助治疗措施。
