摘要
利用GLEEBLE-3500热模拟试验机对真空态91W-Ni-Fe钨合金进行塑性加工力学性能测试,同时使用DEFORM-3D软件对其径向锻造工艺参数进行数值模拟分析。本研究成功模拟了钨合金棒材径向锻造过程,综合比较了名义压下量分别为1.3、1.5、1.8、2.0、2.2、2.5 mm时棒材加工过程中的损伤、中心应变、应力场、整体工作载荷等重要参数。
The flow stress behavior of 91 tungsten alloy under hot deformation condition was studied by isothermal hot compression on Gleeble-3500. Radial forging process of tungsten alloy was also simulated by DEFORM-3D. The influence of nominal reduction amount on damage, center strain, stress field, working load in radial forging was studied and compared, in which the nominal reduction amount ranged from 1.3 mm to 2.5 mm.
