摘要
通过对黑龙江省哈尔滨市主要食用菌栽培品种的简单介绍,分析了这些栽培品种制作菌种的方法,对不同方法的优缺点进行了综述,并对当代食用菌育种的一些新方法进行了简单介绍。
Through the introduction of main cultivated varieties of edible fungus resources in Harbin of Heilongjiang Province, and according to the knowledge, the methods for producing strains of these cuhivars were analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods were summarized. Moreover, some new methods for breeding spores of edible fungi were introduced.
