应用CINECT对PET数据进行衰减校正减少呼吸运动伪影的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过低剂量CINE CT形成PET衰减校正图,对18F-FDG显像中运动病灶的SUV值加以修正,以期获得可重复的SUV结果。方法:3例肝癌和28例肺癌患者在行常规PET/CT检查中存在较明显的运动伪影,随后对存在运动伪影区采集1个床位经低剂量CINE CT进行的衰减校正PET。将常规PET/CT与经CINE CT校正获得的PET图像中病灶的位置、形态、SUV进行比较分析。结果:CT与PET的病灶区错位融合的位置、SUV值可经CINE CT衰减校正加以修正。对两种方法配对样本t检验,P<0.01差异有显著的统计学意义。小病灶在运动条件下对PET/CT采集的影响,常规协议组高于CINE CT组。结论:应用低剂量CINE CT衰减校正PET影像,可有效改善PET/CT检查中CT与PET融合效果,减少病灶区SUV的呼吸运动干扰,对放化疗疗效评估及PET定量分析提供更优化的支持手段。 Objective:Based PET attenuation correction (AC) map of low -dose CINE CT reconstruction, the le- sion of ^ 18F -FDG SUV at moving area is amended to obtain repeatable results of the SUV. Methods:Three cases with hepatocellular carcinoma and 28 cases with lung cancer:Regular PET/CT has checked in was more visible motion ar- tifact, subsequently acquired 1 - bed length area with low - dose CINE CT for AC of PET at motion artifacts area. Reg- ular PET/CT and the CINE CT AC in PET images obtained by comparative analysis of the lesion~ location, shape, SUV. Results :The location of the lesion area fusion mismatched with CT and PET, the SUV were amended by CINE CT AC (P 〈 0.01 ). Small lesions in the effects of exercise on PET/CT under the condition of acquisition, the regular protocol suite was more significant than the CINE CT group. Conclusion: Low - dose CINE CT AC protocol can effec- tively improve PET/CT fusion effect, reduce interference of respiratory movement of the focal area SUV, and provide quantitative analysis of the effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy with PET a better method.
