有限切开腓肠肌瓣V—Y延长术联合[足母]长屈肌腱转位治疗慢性跟腱断裂 被引量：6

摘要 急性跟腱断裂在临床中比较容易诊断，但仍然有10％-25％的误诊率…。跟腱急性断裂时腱膜往往尚存，完整的跖肌腱及腱膜尚保持一定的跖屈功能，可使踝关节跖屈30°左右，因此易造成漏诊。若急性跟腱断裂未得到及时恰当的治疗，在4—6周后将发展为慢性跟腱断裂，引发足部跖屈力量下降及足部跖屈畸形，必须行手术治疗。
