摘要
本文通过对部分技能型紧缺人才调查研究，多角度了解其成长形成历程，通过对其形成机理的分析研究，提出了技能型紧缺人才培养的途径和措施。
The paper researches on the status quo of certain skill-oriented talents in short supply andlearns about the process through which they are fostered and developed from a multi-angle perspective. By analyzing the mechanism of such, we come up with a couple of measures and solutions to cultivate theseurgently-needed skill-oriented talents of high-caliber.
