摘要
弗吉尼亚·伍尔夫的小说《达罗卫夫人》从物理时空的描写自由滑向心理时空的刻画,进而指向政治时空;时间同步的进程蕴含着空间的扩展意图与帝国野心;空间转换中隐含着时间的断裂与延续、人物的出路与未来。空间、时间及其转换,明显指向了文本的政治蕴含。从时空的政治性层面来探讨《达罗卫夫人》的时空书写艺术,对于管窥伍尔夫的社会政治思想具有一定的参考价值。
Virginia Woolf′s Mrs Dalloway moves from the description of the physical time-space to that of the psychological,and then referring to the political time-space;in addition,the synchronization of time harbors the intention of space expansion and imperialistic ambitions;while the exchange of time and space implies the fracture and continuance of time,and the future of the character.Evidently,space,time and its exchange point to the text′s political Connot ation.The political perspective of space and time to analyze the artistic value of Mrs Dalloway will give a glimpse of Woolf′s thoughts on the social politics.
