摘要
《名义考》是明代湖北蕲春人周祈撰写的一部笔记训诂著作。它从名称入手,考辨词语的意义及来源,在历史考据、文献训诂、词汇研究等诸多方面具有一定价值。对《名义考》中几例进行疏证,以呈现它的训诂特色和学术价值。
Mingyikao written by Zhou Qi,who lived in Qichun county of Hubei Province in Ming Dynasty,is a note exegetical writings.The author studied some ancient words′ meanings and their sources by investigating why they are called so.The book is important in many aspects：study of history,exegetical researches and study of Chinese vocabulary.In the article some examples are given to present its exegetical characteristics and academic value.
