试论新型城镇化背景下妇女权益保障——以就业权为视角

On Guarantee of Rights and Interests of Women Under Background of New Urbanization——From Perspective of Employment Rights

新型城镇化是近年来社会发展的主要趋势之一。新型城镇化过程中必然涉及一些弱势群体,需要加以特殊保护,以示公平和正义。女性作为新型城镇化过程中既属于失去土地又处于自主就业能力较低的特殊群体,应当对她们给予特殊关注。国家要千方百计发展经济,扩大就业需求;政府要提供就业渠道,培养就业能力,提供就业机会,推进失地女性充分就业;社会要营造关爱失地女性的氛围;失地女性自身更需要主动提升能力,自我赋权,主动融入社会生活之中。

As one of the main trends of social development in recent years,the new urbanization inevitably affects some vulnerable groups,who need special protection,so as to ensure fairness and justice.In the new urbanization women are a special group who have lost land and are less able to get a job.Therefore,special attention should be paid to them.The government should make every attempt to develop the economy,expanding employment demand,training their ability and providing employment opportunities so as to promote the employment of landless women.Society should create a loving atmosphere for landless women and they themselves should develop their ability actively,empower themselves and integrate into the social life.
