摘要
S型加减速算法已成熟地运用于各种加工场合,但并不适合于对系统柔性要求较高、加工曲面曲率连续变化的情况。在给出标准5次项模型的基础上,提出了根据曲率实时可变Jmax的加减速机制,在进一步增强系统柔性的同时,满足对复杂工件表面加工的要求。
S-shaped acceleration and deceleration algorithm has been applied to a variety of processing applications mature,but it is not suitable for high system flexibility and the working surface curvature changing continuously. Besides the standard quintic model,a Real-time adjustable Jmaxmechanism according to curvature was proposed,when further enhance system flexibility,it could also meet the complex surface machining requirements.
