摘要
针对晶闸管交流调压式软起动器初始转矩过小而无法满足重载起动需求的问题,通过对分级变频原理的深入研究,提出了一种基于分级变频原理的软起动控制方法。并在理论研究的基础上搭建仿真模型,仿真结果表明该控制方法在降低电动机起动电流的同时,可以显著提高其初始起动转矩,验证了该方法的有效性与可行性。在此基础上以DSP为控制核心,研制了基于该控制方法的新型高转矩软起动器样机。试验结果与仿真结果相符,验证该控制方法可以有效改善电动机软起动器的起动性能。
To the problem initial torque of the thyristor AC voltage regulator soft starter is too small to meet the needs of heavy load starting,through intensive study of discrete frequency principle,a new control method of soft start based on discrete frequency principle was proposed. On the basis of theoretical study,the simulation model has been built,the simulation results showed that this control method could reduce the starting current of the motor and significantly improve its initial starting torque at the same time. The effectiveness and feasibility of the method was verified. On the basis,selected DSP as contorl center,a new high torque soft starter prototype based on this control method was developed. The test results were basically matched with the simulation results. Has been once again proved that the control method could effectively improve the starting performance of the motor soft starter.
