摘要
目的研究自体DC-CIK(Dendritic cell-cytokine induced killer cell)细胞共培养治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法从40例晚期胃癌患者中分离出单核细胞,在体外诱导DC细胞、CIK细胞,分3次给患者回输。检测患者回输后外周血中免疫指标及实体肿瘤的变化,观察患者回输后的临床症状的改善及回输后的不良反应。结果自体DC-CIK细胞治疗晚期胃癌能有效增强患者免疫力,降低不良反应,改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。结论自体DC-CIK细胞治疗晚期胃癌值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study clinical curative effect of the autogenous DC cells and CIK cells in treating advanced stomach cancer.Methods Separate mononuclear cells from 40 patients diagnosed advanced stomach cancer induced DC cells and CIK cells in vitro which were infused back to patients by 3injections.The immune indicators of peripheral blood and the changes of solid carcinoma were compared,and the clinical symptoms improvement and side-effect since infusion were observed.Results DC cells and CIK cells in treating advanced stomach cancer can significantly enhance immunity of patients,reduce adverse reactions of other therapies,improve clinical symptoms,and increase the QOL（quality of life）.Conclusion DC cells and CIK cells are worthy of clinical use in treating advanced stomach cancer.
