玻璃体注射雷珠单抗联合视网膜激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞所致黄斑水肿的临床研究

Clinical study of Ranibizumab combined with retinal laser treatment in the treatment of macular edema caused by central retinal vein occlusion

目的探讨雷珠单抗联合视网膜激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞所致黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法选取潍坊医学院附属医院2013年7月至2014年2月37例视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者,按不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组行单纯视网膜激光治疗;观察组玻璃体腔注射1次雷珠单抗0.05mL,7d后行视网膜激光治疗。治疗前及治疗后1-6个月内行视力、眼底荧光血管造影、光学相干断层扫描检查,对比治疗前后患者上述检查指标变化情况。结果联合治疗优于单纯视网膜激光治疗视网膜静脉中央阻塞继发黄斑水肿,黄斑中心视网膜厚度明显减少（t=2.483,P〈0.05）。结论玻璃体注射雷珠单抗联合视网膜激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞所致黄斑水肿可快速、稳定地提高患者的视力。

Objective To investigate the effect of ranibizumab combined with retinal laser treatment of central retinal vein obstruction caused by the clinical efficacy of macular edema.Methods A total of 37 cases of patients with central retinal vein occlusion in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from July 2013 to February 2014 were selected,and divided into two groups according to different methods of treatment.Control group underwent retinal laser treatment,while observation group performed intravitreal injection of ranibizumab,0.05 mL,1time,retinal laser treatment performed after 7days.Before treatment and from one to six months after treatment,visual acuity,fundus fluorescein angiography,optical coherence tomography were checked and compared before and after treatment.Results The combined therapy was better than the simple retinal laser treatment of macular edema caused by retinal vein central obstruction,macular retinal thickness was significantly reduced（t=2.483,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ranibizumab combined with retinal laser treatment in the treatment of macular edema caused by central retinal vein occlusion is fast,steadily improving the vision of patients.
