摘要
针对卧式燃煤锅炉改烧生物质燃料后出现的效率低等问题,通过对一台DZL4-1.25-AⅡ锅炉的燃烧系统进行改造,采取增加预燃室、设计二次通风系统和加装热管式空气预热器等措施,使其燃烧系统适于燃烧生物质燃料。改造后锅炉热效率从改造前的61%提高到73%,节能效果明显。
Aiming to the problem of low effciency of changing the fuel of horizontal coal-fired boilers into biomass,the research team makes a system reform to a DZL4-1.25-A Ⅱ boiler,which comprises to add the pre-combustion chamber,design the secondary air systems in-stall the heat pipe air preheated for combustion systems and other methods.After reform,the boiler thermal efficiency is improved from 61%to 79.7% and energy saving effect is remarkable.
