摘要
新课程改革后,烹饪专业课程内容和编排体系发生了很大的变化,这就需要教师根据学生的实际情况,开设一些"微课"程,通过课前导学、课堂教学、课后巩固、拓展提高等教学方法,来优化现行的课程内容,提升学生学习兴趣,提高教学效果。
After the new curriculum reform,great changes have taken place in culinary course content and arrangement system.It requires us to set up a number of micro courses according to the actual situation of the students,through the guidance before class,classroom teaching, consolidation after class and extension in order to optimize the current curriculum content,increase the student’s interest of learning and im-prove the efficiency of teaching.
