新型高强度刨花板热压过程中芯层温度变化的研究

摘要 研究了不同工艺条件下生产的新型高强度刨花板在热压过程中板坯芯层中心点温度变化,探讨了板坯密度、树种和板坯结构对板坯芯层温度变化的影响情况。结果表明,其他工艺条件一致的情况下,板坯密度越大,芯层温度变化越不稳定,且较晚达到热压温度;利用桦木刨花制成的板坯比用杨木刨花制成的板坯芯层温度变化稳定;单层结构板坯比三层结构的板坯内部温度变化剧烈,而且所达到的温度峰值高。 The internal temperature variation of high-strength particleboard was studied under different conditions. The effects of mat density, tree species, mat structure on temperature variations were discussed. The primary results from this study were as follows: as the density of mat increasing, the internal temperature changes irregularly and reached the process condition slower; the internal temperature of birch particle mat were more stable than the poplar samples; the internal temperature of the three-layered mat changed more significantly than the single-layered mat, and achieved a higher temperature.
