非意愿妊娠妇女人工流产发生原因分析

The research and analysis on causes of 1278 cases maternal abortion of unwanted pregnancy

【目的】分析非意愿妊娠人工流产妇女避孕方法选择的实际情况。【方法】2013年1月至6月对我院因非意愿妊娠行人工流产术1 278例育龄妇女,调查其人口学特征和避孕方法的选择。【结果】研究对象中近1年采取避孕措施的942例(73.71%),未采取任何避孕措施的336例(26.29%)。不同人口学特征与是否采取避孕措施差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在656例采用避孕方法的调查人员中,年龄、职业和学历的不同与不同的避孕方式相对应。【结论】应加强对生育期育龄妇女的咨询和指导,宣传正确的避孕方法,减少意外妊娠的发生,最大限度保护育龄妇女的生殖健康水平。

[ Objective ] To analysize the specific situation about the contraceptive measures among unwanted pregnancy women seeking induced abortion. [ Methods] 1 278 cases about women of child-hearing age who were seeking induced abortion were investigated in terms of demographic characteristics and contraceptive use in my hospital from January to June in 2013. [ Results ]942 people （73.71%） used contraceptive measures among the respondents in recent one year. 336people （26.29%） did not. Demographic characteristics was of no statistical significance in relation to different contraceptive measures. The different contraceptive measures were corresponding to the age, profession and education imparity among 656 people. [ Conclusion ] We are supposed to strength the consultation ,promote the proper contraceptive measures, and reduce induced abortion for the maximum protection of the reproductive health level of the child- bearing age women.
