摘要
【目的】了解从事IT业青年中脂肪肝与肥胖、血脂之间的相关性,指导该人群提高健康水平。【方法】选取2011年至2012年在我院进行健康体检的IT业青年职员227名,检测身高、体质量,计算体质指数,检测肝部超声,血甘油三酯、总胆固醇,对结果进行比较分析。【结果】男性中发现超出正常体质量和脂肪肝的比例(58.65%/36.84%)明显高于女性(18.09%/4.26%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常体质量、超出正常体质量(超重和肥胖)组的脂肪肝检出率(6.9%vs 47.37%)有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超重、肥胖以及脂肪肝组的甘油三酯及总胆固醇水平分别明显高于体质量正常及无脂肪肝人群,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示总胆固醇水平、体质指数和男性是与脂肪肝发生相关的危险因素,甘油三酯是肥胖发生相关的危险因素。【结论】IT业青年中男性发生脂肪肝和肥胖比率高于女性,男性、超重肥胖及高胆固醇血症与脂肪肝的发生密切相关,甘油三酯是肥胖的危险因素。
[Objective ] To explore and diagnosis obesity ,fatty liver and blood fat in the young practitioners in Information Technology Industry. [ Methods ] 227 physical examinees were selected in 2011 and 2012, to test height, weight, liver ultrasonic, blood triglyceride and total cholesterol, and then were compared and analyzed. [Results]The male proportion of exceeding normal weight and fatty liver was obviously higher than the female with statistical significance in difference(58.65%/36.84% vs. 18.09%/4.26%, P〈 0.05, respectively). There were statistical significance in constrast of the proportion of fatty liver detection between fit-weight group and groups of overweight and obesity (6.9% vs. 47.37%, P〈 0.05). Blood triglyceride and total cholesterol levels of overweight, obesity and fatty liver group were higher than those of the normal weight and no fatty liver group with statistical significance(P 〈 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that total cholesterol levels, BMI and male were the risk factors associated with fatty liver disease, and blood triglyceride level was the risk factor associated with obesity. [Conclusion] The incidence of fatty liver disease and obesity in young male IT practitioners was higher than that of young females. Male, obesity and the levels of blood cholesterol had a positive correlation with fatty liver incidence. Blood triglyceride level was the risk factor of obesity.
