针灸联合康复训练治疗中风后手功能障碍研究进展

Research progress on the treatment of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in hand dysfunction after stroke

中风具有发病率高、致残率高的特点,中风后偏瘫导致患者运动功能降低,其中手功能障碍的恢复又滞后于下肢,延缓了偏瘫康复的进程。因此,探寻有效的康复疗法改善偏瘫患者的手功能具有重要意义。本文综合近5年来针灸、康复以及针刺结合康复治疗中风后手功能障碍的相关文献,旨在探讨中医治疗本病提供优化方案,为今后进一步研究、治疗本病提供理论依据和思路。

Stroke is characterized as high incidence and high disability rate. Hemiplegia after stroke results in motor dysfunction of patients, and rehabilitation of hand dysfunction lags behind that of lower extremity. So hemiplegia rehabilitation process is delayed. Therefore, it is of great importance to explore the effective rehabilitation therapy for the hemiplegia patients with hand dysfunction. This article synthesizes the related references about acupuncture, rehabilitation and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation in treating hand dysfunction after stroke in recent 5 years, aims to explore the optimization scheme of the Chinese medicine treatment, and provides theories and ideas for further study and treatment of this disease.
