种分槽不同搅拌装置流场的实验测试与模拟分析

摘要 本文从实验测试和计算流体力学仿真模拟两方面同时对氧化铝厂种分槽的CBY、Intermig搅拌装置和HQG/HSG新型搅拌装置进行对比分析,考察不同搅拌装置对种分槽内固含分布、沉淀结疤及能耗指标的影响。结果表明,HQG/HSG新型搅拌装置槽底沉淀少,能耗低,搅拌效果好。 Based on experimental test and simulation analysis, CBY, Intermig and HQG/HSG agitating devices in seed precipitation tanks are compared and analyzed to investigate the influence of different agitating device on aluminum hydroxide, scaling and energy consumption. The results show that there is little scaling in the bottom of seed precipitation tank with HQG/HSG agitating device which has lower energy consumption and good agitating effect.
