摘要
从工艺可行性、节汽效益、设备投资成本、运行费用、清理维护费用等5个方面对七效管式降膜蒸发工艺应用于国内氧化铝生产进行了分析,相对于六效,七效管式降膜蒸发工艺应用于原料为三水铝石型铝土矿的拜耳法氧化铝生产,所增加设备投资的动态投资回收期为1.7年,应用于原料为一水铝石型铝土矿的拜耳法氧化铝生产,需提高新蒸汽压力和温度,一效材质使用镍铜合金或镍材,增加的设备投资动态投资回收期为6.5年。
From five aspects such as technological feasibility, steam saving efficiency, equipment investment cost, operation cost, cleaning and mainte-nance cost, the seven - effect tubular falling film evaporate technology in alumina production is analyzed. Comparing to six - effect, the dynamic payback period of the equipment investment increment is 1.7 years, when seven - effect falling film tubular evaporate technology is applied to Bayer process of aluminum production using gibbsite as raw materlal; the dynamic payback period of the equipment investment increment is 6.5 years, when the technology is applied to aluminum production using diaspore as raw materials, the pressure and temperature of live steam should be increased and the nickel copper alloy or nickel is used for material of I - effect.
