针对氧化铝厂赤泥压滤车间的工艺特点,提出了一种基于模糊PID的控制算法。该算法结合PID控制算法和模糊控制方法的优点,克服了赤泥压滤系统中采用传统PID控制的不足,改善了系统的动态特性,提高了稳态精度。通过实际生产应用,该系统完全满足生产工艺要求。

According to the process characteristics of red mud pressure iiltering shop, a kind of control algorithm based on fuzzy PID is introduced. The algorithm combines the advantages of PID control algorithm and fuzzy control method, overcomes the shortcomings of traditional PID control using for the red mud pressure filtering system, improve the dynamic characteristics of the system and increase the steady - state accuracy. Through the actual production application, the system fully meets the requirement of production technology.
