关于绿色工程管理及其标准体系建设的思考

绿色建筑已在我国蓬勃兴起,但推进绿色建筑的实践中"重设计、轻运营,重建设、轻管理"的问题较突出,规范绿色建筑工程管理、提升绿色工程管理水平已是迫在眉睫的任务。本文从绿色建筑的发展分析入手,指出了我国发展绿色建筑的动力因素和未来发展趋势;通过对绿色工程管理的需求分析,指出我国绿色建筑的特征和面临的现实问题,以及规范绿色工程管理的重大意义;提出了绿色工程管理标准体系建设的原则和编制要点,探讨了绿色工程管理标准体系建设的发展方向。

Although green building has been booming in China, it has many problems in the process of advancing, such as ' paying great attention to designing and building, but despite operation and management. 'Thus it has become an urgent task to standardize green construction management and improve management level. On the basis of development analysis of green construction, the paper summarizes the motivating factors of its development and its future development trends in China. In addition, the characteristics of green construction, the realistic problems at present and the significance of standardizing green construction management are proposed through the demand analysis of green construction management. Finally, it puts forward the principles and design points of green construction management standard systems and its development direction.
