讲述香料香精的香比强值、留香值、香品值、香料香精实用价值综合评价分及其意义、计算方法和在日化香精调香实践中的应用。
The "aroma relative intensity valve (B)" , "aroma reservation value(L)" , "aroma quality value(P)" and comprehensive estimation mark of practical value of fragrance and flavor (Z) were introduced in this paper. Moreover, the significance, calculation methods and applications of three value theories in design of daily aroma regulation technology were introduced at the same time.
