摘要
通过正交试验的方法对乳化体系配方进行了优选,以乳化体系外观、乳化体系的微观评价、含有该乳化体系的沐浴乳肤感为指标,考察乳化体系和最终沐浴产品的影响因素,并得出优化乳化配方.实验结果表明,影响乳化体系的3个因素SLES、乳化剂(乳化体系A、B中分别对应乳化剂A与乳化剂B)和月桂酸的添加量分别为14%、1.0%、3%∽4%时,形成的乳化体系最为稳定,且通过该乳化体系制得的沐浴乳在肤感方面最为理想.通过对沐浴乳产品的黏度及稳定性进行评价,表明含有该乳化配方的沐浴乳产品符合要求.
To obtain the optimal formulation of emulsifying system, the influencing factor on the formula design of emulsifying system, such as the content of SLES, types of emulsifier and laurie acid concentration, were studied by orthogonal experiments. The properties of the emulsifying system were comprehensively assessed by means of appearance and microscopic evaluation of single emulsion system as well as skin feel evalu ation of shower gel based on this emulsifying system; and, the optimized formula was achieved. The maximum stability of emulsifying system was obtained under following conditions: content of SLES of 14%, emulsifier (emulsifier A and emulsifier B) of 1.0% and lauric acid of 3%∽4%. Moreover, the skin-feel of the shower gel containing this emulsion formula was evaluated as the most ideal. The viscosity and stability tests of the shower gel products confirmed that the quality of the shower gel containing the emulsion formulation met the requirements of quality control.
