摘要
微波功率传输是实现空间太阳能电站的关键技术之一,本文给出了2.45GHz高效Ga N F类功率放大器的设计。仿真得到该功放功率附加效率为78.8%,输出功率40.3d Bm,该结果预示了其在相关领域的应用。最终对放大器电路进行了测试,实测得到放大器在2.45GHz工作频点上漏极效率为67.3%,饱和输出功率38.2d Bm,增益8d B。
Microwave power transmission is one of the key technologies to realize solar power satellite. The high efficiency Ga N Class-F power amplifier at 2. 45 GHz is designed. Power added efficiency is up to 78. 8% and output power is40. 3d Bm in simulation. Simulating results predict high performance of the proposed power amplifier. The power amplifier at2. 45 GHz is tested and the results show that it has the performance with 67. 3% drain efficiency,8d B gain,and 38. 2d Bm output power.
