摘要
样品处理采用氢氟酸、盐酸、硝酸、硫酸高温溶解,之后使用HCl和酒石酸提取,再进行电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铌和铈的含量。论文详细讨论了样品分解酸的用量及检测波长的选择。方法简便快捷,测试成果准确可靠。
The sample is resolved with hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid under high T, then abstracted with hydrochloric acid and tartaric acid, thereafter, Nb and Ce are determined with the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrography. In this paper, we have a discussion in detail about the dosage of acid for the sample decomposition and the selection of wave length for determination. This method is simple, convenient, rapid, the result is accurate and reliable.
