碱改性HZSM-5对生物质的热解影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 以Na OH溶液改性HZSM-5,对改性前后的催化剂做X射线衍射、N2吸脱附实验和NH3程序升温脱附实验,再在管式反应炉中分别催化热解葡萄糖、纤维素和松木屑,用色质联用(GC/MS)分析仪对液体产物分析.结果表明,改性后的HZSM-5物相组成不变,外比表面积、介孔孔容和平均孔径均增加,酸性减弱.在600℃,碱改性后HZSM-5对葡萄糖催化热解,获得液体产物中芳烃化合物百分比为82.55%,同时也提高木屑热解液体产物产率以及芳烃化合物的百分比,降低酚类化合物的百分比. HZSM-5 zeolite sample modified was prepared by reflux with NaOH solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption experiments and NH3 temperature programmed desorption experiment. Then, catalytic pyrolysis of glucose, cellulose and pine sawdust with HZSM-5 and modified HZSM-5, the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) were used to research the paralysis liquid characteristics. The results showed that the phase composition was constant, but the external surface are- a, mesopore volume and average pore diameter increased, and the acidity decreased. When the pyrolysis temperature was 600 ℃ with modified HZSM-5-1h, the stability of the liquid product was improved to some extent. The percentage of aromatic compounds in the liquid from glucose products was 82.55%. At the same time, the liquid product yield and percentage of aromatic compounds from pine sawdust were al- so improved, the percentage of phenolic compounds droped.
