摘要
综述了C5烯烃中异戊烯和环戊烯醚化反应的合成工艺以及甲基叔戊基醚和甲基环戊基醚的研究和发展前景。探讨混合C5中的异戊烯和环戊烯同时与甲醇发生醚化反应的可行性,提出通过改进甲基叔戊基醚合成的催化体系来促进C5中的异戊烯和环戊烯同时发生醚化反应,进而分离出高附加值产品甲基环戊基醚(CPME)和高辛烷值汽油组分甲基叔戊基醚(TAME),是裂解汽油副产C5馏分开发的重要方向。
The etherification reaction of isoamylene and cyclopentene in C5 olefins is reviewed,and the study and development prospect of tertiary amyl methyl ether and cyclopentyl methyl ether are discussed.The feasibility of etherification reaction of isoamylene and cyclopentene in C5 with methanol is studied.It is proposed to apply improved tertiary amyl methyl ether synthesis catalyst system to promote the etherication reaction of sioamylene and cyclopentene in C5s and separate the high-added-value product of cyclopentyl methyl ether (CPME) and high-octane gasoline blending component of tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME).It is good to utilize by-product C5s in pyrolysis gasoline production.
