摘要
介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司联合二车间Ⅰ套催化裂化装置液态烃脱硫醇系统使用液态烃碱液高效氧化再生技术改造情况.改造后,预碱洗碱液由不再生工艺改为循环再生工艺,降低了碱液消耗;增设胺液聚结器及气提塔分别捕集乙醇胺富液和分离碱液中的二硫化物;并对原氧化塔和二硫化物分离罐进行内部改造.该系统自改造投用以来,碱液再生温度由原来的55~ 60℃降到35 ~ 40℃,碱液氧化再生效率高,再生碱液质量好,操作运行平稳.在产品质量合格的前提下,液态烃脱硫醇系统每吨液化石油气碱渣排放量由3.33 kg下降到0.8 kg以下,经济、环保效益明显.
Here introduced is revamping of high-efficiency spent caustic oxidation regeneration for liquid hydrocarbon mercaptan removal system in FCC unit Ⅰ in the complex workshop Ⅱ of SINOPEC Wuhan Company.In the revamping,the non-caustic liquid regeneration process was revamped into recycle-regeneration process,which reduced the caustic consumption.Liquid amine coalescer and stripper were installed to trap ethanol amine liquid and separate the disulfides in caustic liquid.In addition,the oxidization tower and bisulfide separator were also revamped.After the re-start-up of the unit,the regeneration temperature of the caustic liquid was lowered to 35 ~40 ℃ from 55 ~60 ℃ with high regeneration efficiency and good regenerated caustic liquid quality.The caustic sludge drainage of liquid hydrocarbon sweetening system was reduced to less than 0.8 kg/t LPG from 3.33 kg/t LPG.The economic benefit is significant and the unit operation is environmentally friendly.
