The Research Progress of the Effects of Drugs on Ovarian Function

摘要 卵巢是女性的重要生殖器官,具有维持机体内分泌系统的平衡、维持女性特征以及机体正常生理代谢的作用。药物对对卵巢功能的影响主要表现在:卵巢组织学改变、卵巢内分泌改变、卵巢早衰等方面。使用药物将对患者的卵巢功能产生不同程度的影响,影响的程度主要与药物的类型、组成、剂量以及患者的年龄等密切相关,卵巢功能的损害将严重影响患者的生活质量。本文主要从抗炎药物、抗肿瘤药物、抗排异药物和避孕药物四个药物种类对卵巢功能影响的研究进展进行综述。 The ovary is an important reproductive organs of women, it plays an important role in keeping the balance of the body's endocrine system and in maintaining femininity as well as the body's normal physiological metabolism function. Trugs influence the ovarian function mainly in the change of ovarian histology, ovarian endocrine and induce premature ovarian failure, etc. The use of drugs will have different degrees of influence on patients' ovarian function. The degree of influence is closely related to drug type,composition as well as dose and the patient's age, etc. As a result,damage to ovarian function will seriously affect the quality of life of patients. This article mainly review the research progress of influence of the anti-inflammatory drugs, antineoplastic drugs, anti-rejection drugs and contraceptive drugs on ovarian function.
