2205双相不锈钢在卤水溶液中腐蚀初探 被引量:1

摘要 通过动电位极化、电化学阻抗和循环伏安法研究了温度对2205双相不锈钢在卤水中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:随着卤水温度的升高,2205双相不锈钢的自腐蚀电位降低,自腐蚀电流密度增大,电荷传递电阻降低,点蚀电位负移,钝化区间变窄,耐点蚀性能下降,腐蚀趋势加剧。 The influences of temperature on the corrosion of 2205 duplex stainless steel in brine was investigated through potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry. The obtained results revealed that, with the increasing in temperatures, the corrosion potential decreased, corrosion current density increased, charge transfer resistance reduced, pitting potential shifted negatively, passivation region narrowed, pitting corrosion resistance declined and corrosion tendency aggravated for 2205 duplex stainless steel in brine.
