摘要
以己内酰胺和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,采用熔融缩聚法制备了PA6基抗静电共聚物(PA6-PEG)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(NMR)、热失重分析(TGA)对产物的结构和热性能进行表征,并测试了抗静电性能。结果表明:PA6和PEG之间发生了酯化反应,软硬段通过酯基连接形成共聚物;PEG的加入能够有效地降低PA6的表面电阻率;PA6-PEG共聚物的热分解温度约为350℃,具有良好的热稳定性。
PA6 based antistatic copolymer(PA6-PEG) was synthesized by meh-polycondensation with carprolactam and polyethylene glycol(PEG). The structure, thermal properties of the products were characterized by FTIR, NMR, TG and the antistatic properties were tested. The result showed that esterification reaction occurred between PA6 and PEG, hard and soft segments were connected by ester bonds to formed copolymer. PEG was added to effectively reduce the surface resistance of PA6 . The decomposition temperature of PA6-PEG copolymer was about 350℃ , and copolymer had good thermal stability.
