摘要 针对全塑汽车车身与全塑后备箱的独特结构设计进行了运动仿真分析,目的是验证汽车后备箱气撑杆在全塑车身主体结构下的安装位置、参数是否能够满足正常使用和人机工程需求,并基于NX三维建模软件采用坐标追踪法对气撑杆进行了校核。先由过质心连线确定安装点大体位置,然后通过NX运动仿真得到其最大角度,再通过两圆法确定具体安装位置,最后通过坐标法分析其力矩以及人在开启闭合过程中需要施加的力,最终验证了该气撑杆的位置与参数信息符合全塑车身及全塑后备箱的设计要求和实际工程应用。 With the purpose of verifying whetherthe installation location of pneumatic spring installed on all plastic car body and parameters could meet the demand of normal use and man-machine engineering, motion simulation analysis was used for the special structure design of all plastic car body and all plastic trunk. Coordinate tracking method had been used based on NX software. The centroid of car trunk was first to be determined so as to identify the general location of pneumatic spring,then maximum angel of pneumatic spring could be obtained through NX motion simulation, and then the two circle method was used to determine the specific installation location of pneumatic spring, finally the torque and the power that people used to open or close the car trunk could be calculated by coordinate tracking method. Using the methods described, it was possible to verify the final location and parameters of pneumatic spring for the actual engineering application.
