社区成人糖尿病发病与空腹血糖水平相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Community Adult Onset of Diabetes and Fasting Blood Glucose Level

目的：探讨社区成人居民糖尿病（DM）发病与空腹血糖（FPG）水平相关性。方法：对2011年4月北京市昌平区小汤山社区≥40周岁人群进行DM发病率的横断面调查,调查时间2011年5月~2013年5月,调查方式为问卷和体格检查,调查内容为DM、高血压、脑卒中、冠心病等疾病的诊断情况、FPG、餐后2小时血糖检测情况和FPG受损（IFG）情况。入选人员3815人。结果：1IFG者2年DM累积发病率为16.78%,男性31例,发病率为10.84%女性17例,发病率为5.94%,男性检出率明显高于女性,P〈0.05;2FPG正常者2年DM累积发病率为2.12%,与基线FPG〈5.6mmol/L的队列成员相比,IFG明显增加了DM发病风险,差异显著,P〈0.05。但未增加心脑血管事件的发生。结论：社区成人DM和IFG发病处于较高水平,FPG高及IFG明显增加了DM发病风险,应制定社区DM防治诊断标准和干预措施。

Objective： To investigate the community adult residents of diabetes （DM） and the incidence of fasting blood glucose （FPG） level of correlation.Methods： A cross-sectional survey was conducted of the incidence of DM in 2011 April in Beijing city of Changping District Xiaotangshan community is more than 40 years of age population, the investigation time in 2011 May-2013 year in May, the survey included questionnaire and physical examination, investigation content is DM, hypertension, stroke, coronary heart disease and other disease diagnosis, FPG, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose detection and FPG damage （IFG） condition. Selected staff 3815 people.Results： The IFG in 2 years, the cumulative incidence of DM was 16.78%, male 31 cases, female 17 cases the incidence rate was 10.84%, the incidence rate was 5.94%, the male incidence was significantly higher than that in female,P〈0.05; FPG normal 2 year cumulative incidence of DM was 2.12%, compared with the baseline cohort members of FPG〈5.6mmol/L, IFG significantly increased the risk of DM, the difference was significant,P〈0.05. But did not increase in the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.Conclusion：Community adult onset DM and IFG at a high level, high FPG and IFG significantly increased the risk of DM, should make the standard diagnosis and treatment of community DM and intervention measures.
