PFNA内固定对老年股骨粗隆间骨折功能恢复的意义

PFNA Internal Fixation on the Recovery of Function in Elderly Intertrochanteric Fracture Significance

目的:探讨PFNA内固定对老年股骨粗隆间骨折(IFF)内固定术后功能恢复的意义。方法:146例老年IFF患者按入院顺序随机分为A、B、C三组。A组(治疗组)55例应用PFNA内固定方法治疗,B组(对照1组)56例应用DHS内固定治疗,C组(对照2组)35例应用股骨髁上骨牵引保守治疗。比较三组患者的术后功能恢复、疼痛、并发症及存活率等。结果:A组的临床治疗效果(优良率)显著高于B组和C组,P<0.05。A组治疗组的存活率与并发症发生率均显著低于B组、C组,P<0.05。结论:PFNA内固定对老年IFF功能恢复效果显著,疼痛较少,并发症发生率低,存活率高。

Objective： To investigate the PFNA internal fixation for intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly （IFF） internal fixation postoperative function recovery significance.Methods：146 elderly patients with IFF were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups. A group （treatment group） application of PFNA internal fixation for the treatment of 55 cases, group B （control group 1） of 56 patients were treated with DHS internal fixation treatment, group C （control group 2） 35 cases of application of supracondylar femoral bone traction conservative treatment. Patients between the three groups after functional recovery, pain, complications and survival rate.Results：The clinical effect of A treatment （the excellent and good rate） was significantly higher than that of B group and C group,P〈0.05. The survival rate and complication incidence of A treatment group were significantly lower than those of B group, C group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：PFNA internal fixation on elderly IFF functional recovery significantly, less pain, lower complication rate, high survival rate.
