坤泰胶囊与达因35治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Kuntai Capsule and Dyne-35 in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的：观察坤泰胶囊与达因35治疗联合多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效。方法：90例来我院治疗PCOS患者,年龄22~40岁,平均（29.6±0.4）岁,月经失调时间2~10月,平均（4.3±0.8）月。随机分成三组,按给药方法随机分成A、B、C3组,各30例。A组采用坤泰胶囊治疗,B组采用达因35治疗,C组采用坤泰胶囊和达因35联合治疗。观察测量3组的测量子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜形态、月经持续时间和3个月肝功能复查情况。结果：1A组与B组子宫内膜厚度与子宫内膜形态比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;C组子宫内膜厚度与A组、B组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,C组子宫内膜形态优于A组B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2A组与B组行经天数比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;C组行经天数长于A组B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。3三组在3个月复查肝功能均未发现肝功明显异常情况。结论：应用坤泰胶囊与达因35联合治疗,可有效改善PCOS临床症状,减少PCOS远期的多种并发症,无明显毒性反应发生,为临床提供了可以长期使用的药物。

Objective： To observe the effects of Kuntai Capsule and Diane 35 combined treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） clinical curative effect. Methods：Patients with PCOS hospitalized in our hospital 90 cases, age 22~40 years old, the average （29.6±0.4） years of age, menstrual disorders from 2 to October, the average （4.3±0.8） month. Were randomly divided into three groups, according to the methods of administration were randomly divided into A, B, C 3 groups, 30 cases in each. A group using Kuntai Capsule, B group using the dyne - 35 treatment, group C with Kuntai Capsule and Diane 35 combination therapy. The observation and measurement to measure the thickness of endometrium, 3 groups of endometrial morphology, the duration of menstruation and 3 month review of liver function.Results：No statistical significance between A group and B group, endometrial thickness and endometrial morphology difference （P〉0.05）; no statistical significance in group C and endometrial thickness in A group, B group compared to the difference （P〉0.05）, C group of endometrial morphology was better than that of A group and B group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The A group and B group for the days of no significant difference （P〉0.05）; group C underwent days longer than those of group A and group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The three groups at 3 month review of liver function were not found obvious abnormalities of liver function.Conclusion：The application of Kuntai Capsule and Diane 35 combined therapy, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of PCOS, reduce the complications of PCOS forward, no obvious toxic reaction, provides the drug can be used for a long time for clinical.
