功能锻炼及心理引导护理干预对COPD稳定期患者呼吸功能影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:分析功能锻炼+心理引导护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)稳定期患者呼吸功能的影响。方法:COPD稳定期72例患者,按数字表格法分为两组(对照组和观察组),各36例,两组患者给予常规治疗及护理,观察组患者再进行早期功能锻炼及心理引导干预,比较两组干预前后肺功能指标、心理状态(焦虑、抑郁)及生活质量评分。结果:两组干预后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、6MWT比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,两组干预后HAMA评分、HAMD评分、ADL评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能锻炼+心理引导护理干预能明显改善COPD稳定期患者负性情绪,促进肺功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。 Objective: To analyze the function exercise + psychological guidance of nursing intervention on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with stable respiratory function influence.Methods: 72 patients with COPD in stable period, according to the number table method into two groups (control group and observation group), 36 cases each, two groups of patients were given conventional treatment and nursing, the observation group patients and early functional exercise guidance and psychological intervention, the two groups before and after intervention indices of pulmonary function and psychological status (anxiety depression), and quality of life score.Results: The two groups after the intervention of FEV1, FEV1/FVC, 6MWT, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). In addition, two group HAMA had statistical significance score, HAMD score, ADL score difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Functional exercise + psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the guidance of patients with stable COPD negative emotion, promote lung function recovery and improve the life quality of the patients.
