摘要
本文通过对某"985工程"建设大学近三年来1507名理工科博士学位获得者在读期间发表的学术论文进行统计分析,探求博士学位获得者学术发表能力和影响因素。分析表明,博士学位获得者的学术发表远远高于培养单位的要求,女博士生并不比男博士生的学术发表能力差,本科和硕士就读院校类型对学术发表没有显著性影响,年龄、学习年限、录取类别、学习方式与学术发表的相关性较强。最后,对发表论文要求的政策制定、博士生招生改革、以及创新培养模式等进行了探讨。
This paper explores science and engineering PhDs' academic publication ability and its factors based on the analysis of 1507 science and engineering PhDs' published academic dissertations when they are in college in a "985" project university in the past three years. Analysis shows that: PhDs' publications are far beyond university's requirements~ female PhDs are as good as male PhDs or even better; the type of PhDs' undergraduate and graduate colleges does not have significant influence on their academic publications; age, duration of studies, admission categories, and learning approaches have strong correlation with academic publications. This paper also discusses the policy formulation, reform of doctor's enrollment and creative training mode for publishing dissertations.
