高职教育改革创新的实践困境与路径抉择——基于布迪厄“实践逻辑”的分析

The Predicament and Solution for the Innovation and Reform of Higher Vocational Education—Based on the Analysis of Bourdieu's“Practical Logic”Theory

改革创新是实现高职教育发展模式由规模扩张向内涵提升转变的关键,更是高职教育可持续发展的生命源泉。本文以布迪厄"实践逻辑"理论为视角,从实践理念、实践工具、实践路径、实践场域四个方面分析了高职教育改革创新所面临的困境,提出了破解困境的路径:以依法治校为宗旨,释放高职院校创新活力;以分类管理为理念,建构职业高等教育场域;以市场需求为导向,树立场域内部新规则;以职业理念为基础,深化高职人职业思维。

Innovation and reform is not only the key to transform the model of higher vocational education from scale expansion to quality promotion, but the source to achieve its sustainable development. Based on Bourdieu＇s ＂practical logic＂ theory and from the perspectives of the idea, the tools, the methods and the field of practice, this paper analyzed the predicament of the innovation and reform of higher vocational education as well as provided solutions for it, namely, placing emphasis on regula- tions, classified management, market-orientation and professional consciousness.
