面试考官评价的有效性探讨 被引量:2

摘要 考官是面试中的灵魂,对整个面试的成败起着决定性的作用,考官评价有效性是指考官评价质量的高低,是对考官工作质量的评价。考官评价有效性存在着个体间差异,根据信息加工理论将影响考官评价有效性的因素归纳个人背景因素、认知因素、情感因素以及面试情景因素。联系我国公务员考录面试考官的实际情况,在以后的研究中将重点构建考官评价有效性影响因素模型;探索影响因素与评价有效性间的作用机制;考察考官经验与评价有效性间的作用机制;提高面试形式与评价有效性间的融合度;提升考官配置的科学性以提高评价有效性等方面。
