摘要
研究了采用铅、铜部分混合浮选,铅、锌依次浮选流程分选陕西某铅锌矿,确定了最佳药剂制度。在最佳药剂制度下,获得铜品位24.09%的铜精矿,铅品位68.47%的铅精矿,锌品位55.72%的锌精矿,铜、铅、锌回收率分别为43.22%、31.32%和94.85%。
The lead-copper partial mixing flotation and lead-zinc flotation in sequence to separate lead- zinc polymetallic ore from shaanxi were researched. The best reagent regime was determined. Under the best reagent regime, the test results show that copper concentrate, lead concentrate and zinc concentrate are obtained. Grade of copper in the copper concentrate is 24.09%, recovery of copper is 43.22% ,grade of lead in the lead concentrate is 68.47% ,recovery of lead is 31.32% ,and grade of zinc in the zinc concentrate is 55.72% ,recovery of zinc is 94.85%.
