摘要
研究了通过酸浸和焙烧,用电解锰阳极泥制备电池材料二氧化锰,分析了产品形貌、二氧化锰质量分数和活性。结果表明:酸浸所得粗二氧化锰在350℃下焙烧1h后,产品中二氧化锰质量分数提高至79%,振实密度为1.37g/mL;产品分散性好,粒径分布均匀,有较规则的晶体形貌;组装成电池后,其电化学阻抗较小,电极可逆性高,电化学活性较高。
Manganese dioxide battery material was prepared by acid leaching and calcination.Morphology,content and activity of manganese dioxide were investigated using electrolytic manganese anode mud.The results show that manganese dioxide content in the prepared sample reaches 79%after being calcined 1hat 350 ℃,and tap density reach 1.37g/mL.The sample has good dispersion,uniform particle size and the irregular crystal morphology.Electrochemical impedance is smaller,reversibility is higher,electrochemical activity is better after assembled into battery.
