摘要
研究了在超声场中,用盐酸脱除氧化铝中的铁和硅。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等研究了氧化铝粉体的纯度、成分、微结构。结果表明:在反应温度70℃,盐酸质量浓度15g/L,超声波强度20kHz、25 W/cm2,反应时间3h,液固体积质量比5∶1条件下,氧化铝粉末的纯度高于99.99%,粒度小于5μm,结晶度好,结构疏松,分散性好。
The removal of Fe and Si from alumina in hydrochloric acid solution under ultrasound field is investigated.The purity,composition and micro structure of alumina are studied by the plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicate that the purity of alumina can be over 99.99% when the temperature,concentration of hydrochloric acid,ultrasonic intensity,reaction time and liquid to solid ratio are set 70℃,15g/L,20 kHz,25 W/cm2,3h,5∶1,respectively,the particle size of the high purity alumina is less than 5μm,and the crystallinity,structure and dispersion of the high purity alumina are excellent.
