高管团队领导权配置对中小企业战略柔性的影响

摘要 对处于经济转型期背景下的我国中小企业而言,战略柔性是推动其及时、有效地应对快速变化的一种能力保证。文章基于资源基础论,从高管团队及其成员的领导权来源视角出发,探究高管团队领导权配置对于中小企业战略柔性形成的根源性作用。
