摘要
介绍了航空发动机装配尺寸链的概念以及封闭环的特征,详细分析了3种适用于航空发动机的典型公差设计分析方法.通过几种典型的航空发动机装配精度要求算例,研究了公差设计分析方法的特点,并结合航空发动机结构和装配特点,提出了3种公差设计分析方法在航空发动机领域的适用性,以及对发动机公差设计运用的展望.
The concept of aircraft engine assembly dimension chain and the characteristics of the closed loop was introduced and the three kinds of typical tolerance analysis methods in aircraft engine was ana- lyzed in this paper. Several typical aircraft engine assembly accuracy examples were studied to analyze characteristics of tolerance analysis method. Based on the features of structure and assembly, it expoun- ded an applicability of each statistical tolerance method in the field of aircraft engine, finally an outlook on the use of tolerance design of the aircraft engine was proposed.
