摘要
"三农"的发展离不开金融的支持。创新融资模式,打破融资瓶颈,使"三农"资金需求与金融产品有机对接,是解决我国金融服务"三农",促进"三农"经济健康发展的根本途径。发展服务"三农"的金融租赁支持,必须定位于"三农",设计符合"三农"需求的金融租赁产品。
Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers can＇t develop without financial support. The innovation of financing mode, breakthrough of financing neck, organic integration between the financing demand and the financial product are the basic paths, which is necessary for finance to serve the three rural issues and promote their healthy development. Improving the rural financial service, orientating the business and designing the financial products to meet the needs of the three rural issues, should be researched for a period.
