柴芍六君汤加味治疗慢性肾脏病3-4期的疗效评价

The evaluation on clinical effect of Chaishao Liujun Decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3-4

目的:观察以补肾益脾、升阳化气为主要治法的柴芍六君汤加味治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)3-4期的临床疗效。方法:收集浙江中医药大学附属温州中医院肾内科住院或门诊CKD3-4期非透析患者共72例,随机分治疗组、对照组各36例,均接受常规治疗,治疗组加用口服柴芍六君汤加味,疗程3个月;比较2组的临床症状积分、肾功能、血红蛋白和临床疗效。结果:2组治疗均可改善患者的临床症状,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者肾功能、血红蛋白改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗均无不良反应。结论:柴芍六君汤加味治疗,可以改善CKD患者的临床症状、肾功能及血红蛋白,延缓终末期进展。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Chaishao Liujun Decoction therapy in treating Chronic Kidney Disease（CKD） stage 3 to 4, which is based on tonifying kidney and spleen, elevating Yang and defusing Qi. Methods： Seventy-two qualified cases were collected from CKD stage outpatients or hospitalized patients of Wenzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, and the cases were divided randomly into two groups and each group was composed of 36 cases. On the basis of routine treatment, the patients in treatment group were treated with Chaishao Liujun Decoction. The treatment period was 3 months. The changes of clinical symptoms, renal function and hemoglobin level of both groups were observed. Results： There wasn＇t statistical significant difference between two groups in clinical syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） and renal function level before treatment. After a treatment period, the clinical symptoms of TCM in both groups could be improved and the efficacy in the treatment group was much better, the comparison had a statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The efficacy of improving renal function and hemoglobin level in the treatment group was better than that of the control group＇s, the comparison had a statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the comparison had a statistical significance（P〈0.01）; Both two groups were no adverse reaction. Conclusion： The Chaishao Liujun Decoction can improve clinical symptoms, renal function and hemoglobin of patients with CKD stage 3 to 4, and delay the progression of CKD.
