AIB1与上皮间质转化相关蛋白在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及其相关性 被引量:5

Expressions of AIB1 and epithelial-mesenchymal transition-related proteins in invasive breast cancer and their correlations

摘要 目的探讨浸润性乳腺癌组织中乳腺癌扩增性抗原1(AIB1)与上皮间质转化(EMT)相关蛋白的表达情况及其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测80例浸润性乳腺癌组织、40例癌旁正常组织、40例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中AIB1、上皮性钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)、神经性钙粘附蛋白(N-cadherin)的表达情况,分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系,并探讨AIB1与EMT相关蛋白表达的关系。结果 AIB1、E-cadherin和N-cadherin在浸润性乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为47.5%、36.3%、51.3%。AIB1表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、分子分型有关(P<0.05);E-cadherin表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移、肿块大小及TNM分期有关(P<0.05);N-cadherin表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。AIB1与E-cadherin表达呈负相关(r=-0.249),与HER-2、N-cadherin表达呈正相关(r=0.243,r=0.277);E-cadherin与ER表达呈正相关(r=0.232)。结论在浸润性乳腺癌中,AIB1及EMT相关蛋白可能与浸润性乳腺癌的发生、发展密切相关,并且AIB1可能通过调控EMT相关蛋白的表达,在乳腺癌的侵袭、转移过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expressions of AIB1 and epithelial-mesenchymal transition( EMT)-related proteins in invasive breast cancer and their correlations. Methods The expressions of AIB1, E-cadherin, N-cadherin in 80 cases with invasive breast cancer, 40 cases with breast fibroadenoma tissues, 40 cases with adjacent normal breast tissues were detected by immunohisto-chemisty. The relationship between the expressions of AIB1, EMT-related proteins and the clinicopathological characteristics was also analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of AIB1, E-cadherin, N-cadherin was 47.5%, 36.3%, 51.3% respectively in inva-sive breast cancer. AIB1 was related with lymph node metastasis and molecular typing( P〈0.05) . E-cadherin was related with histologi-cal grade, lymph node metastasis, tumor size, TNM staging( P〈0.05) . N-cadherin was related with lymph node metastasis, TNM stag-ing( P〈0.05) . The expressions of AIB1 and E-cadherin was negatively related, but the expression of AIB1 was positively related to HER-2 and N-cadherin. The expression of E-cadherin was positively correlated with the expression of ER. Conclusion AIB1 and EMT-related proteins may be involved in the occurrence and development, and AIB1 may regulate the expression of EMT-related pro-teins and play an important role in the process of invasion and metastasis of invasive breast cancer.
